Software, audio packs and other products offered through this site — free or paid, downloaded here or via linked stores — are licensed, not sold. Each product is governed by its own license terms: for example, PFA Studio is covered by the End User License Agreement included with the application, our engine runtimes are distributed under open-source licenses, and audio packs come with their own royalty-free license. Where a product's license differs from these Terms of Use, the product's license prevails for that product, and nothing in the "Intellectual Property Rights" section limits the rights a product license grants you.
