commercial or non-commercial projects - In games, apps, videos, trailers, live streams, podcasts, and
similar creative works - On an indefinite basis, without paying additional royalties.
2. Restrictions
You may not: - Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage the original or modified audio files - Use the
files to create or contribute to sample libraries, VST instruments, or sound packs - Upload or distribute the
audio files on any public or shared server - Share, rent, or transfer this license to any other party.
3. Copy and Storage
You are allowed to: - Store one copy of the licensed content on a local drive - Keep one backup copy for
personal use The licensed files must not be made publicly accessible or shared with other users.
4. Ownership and Rights
All audio files remain the sole property of PitchFox Audio. This license grants usage rights, not ownership.
All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved.
